These terms cover your use of theplanetofyourself.com, the website for The Planet of Yourself, run by me, Sparsh Saini. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and in a way that doesn’t harm others. You must not:

Try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
Send malicious code or spam through the site, including through its forms.
Sign up other people to Dear 15 without their permission.
Copy or republish the site’s content without written permission.

3. The book, the free chapter and the articles

All writing on this site, including the free chapter, the practices, the articles and Dear 15, along with the images, graphics and logo, belongs to me and is protected by Australian copyright law. You’re welcome to share links to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Please don’t reproduce whole chapters, articles or letters without asking first.

4. Dear 15

Dear 15 is a free weekly letter. To read the free chapter, I ask you to join Dear 15 and confirm your email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any letter. I may change, pause or stop the letter at any time. How your email address is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

5. Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, I’ll use your name and email address to reply. I don’t share them with anyone except the services that run the site, as described in the privacy policy, or where the law requires it.

6. Not professional advice

What I write here comes from my own life and is shared for general reflection. It isn’t medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. If you’re struggling, please talk to a qualified professional. In Australia, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14, any time.

The site links to other sites, including YouTube, Instagram and Medium. I’m not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

I work to keep the site accurate and available, but I can’t guarantee it will always be complete, correct or online. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
